| Description: |
We are currently seeking to fill the position for a Regional Sales Representative located in Texas. This position will focus on closing transactional opportunities via the phone and/or in person. Responsible for prospecting, selling and closing business in a wide variety of market spaces. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more year’s successful sales experience in selling CAE/FEA/CAD software products and services. This is the right challenge for a seasoned professional who is accustomed to being the top producer and who wants to leverage their extensive knowledge of our markets and capitalize on their ability to find the best solution for the customer’s needs. |
| Responsibilities: |
The individual will be primarily responsible finding new sales opportunities by mining, prospecting and cold calling They will be selling a full range of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software, as well as training and maintenance for these products. They will also be responsible for maintaining installed accounts. The primary markets served are aerospace, automotive, marine, mechanical, industrial, medical, manufacturing, R&D, and consulting. |
| Qualifications: |
- Must be US Citizen for security clearance purposes
- B.S. degree in engineering or technical field
- Skillful and experienced in mining, prospecting, and cold calling for primary lead generation
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience
- Excellent communications and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of successful sales to major and mid-tier accounts
- Understands the methods of providing accurate forecast reporting
- Superior closing skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility: Willingness to take direction and work within a team environment
- Unsurpassed work ethic, with a high level of organization
- Travel as necessary to customer locations, trade shows, conferences

Advanced Nastran knowledge and technical training knowledge in FEA / CAE products and software |
