Mentoring SupportMentoring Support provides advice to customers on finite analysis techniques, analysis strategy, meshing, model debugging, and more. Both telephone and priority email support is provided. Customers can send in models for debugging setup and meshing issues. Mentoring Support can be purchased in 5 and 15 hour blocks. Maintenance UpdatesMaintenance Updates include documentation corrections and bug fixes. They are provided free of charge to all customers for the version they have purchased. Customers are notified automatically when new updates are available through an automatic update service. Updates are provided via download and can also be ordered on DVD for a small fee. Version UpdatesVersion Updates are new releases with significant enhancements and additional functionality. Customers are notified automatically when new updates are available through email and an automatic update service. Updates are available via download and can also be ordered on DVD for a small fee. Consulting Services (Additional charge)Consulting Services include complete analysis of your projects from start to finish. Services include geometry creation from CAD drawings, model generation and analysis.
