Employment

The IST will report directly to the Vice President of Sales for North America. The IST will be responsible for:

• Cold calling new and existing prospect lists to generate leads. Lead distribution to field sales people using ACT.
• Lead qualification calls to qualify leads generated by marketing.
• Support lead generation and qualification of opportunities in new accounts focusing on NEi Nastran software and related products. IST will then transferred them to the Account Managers.
• Assist in cleaning up the ACT database through cold calling. Results should support identifying accounts as Dead or verifying that they are ready to be passed on to Account Managers. Clean up will also consist up verifying existing contact information.
• Increase pipeline through leads generated from various sources and targeted telephone and email campaigns to the new accounts.
• IST will work with Siemens Marketing to extract leads from tools given through partnership.
• IST will work with NEi Marketing to expand on projects that produce leads back into the Sales Group.
• IST will partner with Direct Sales Managers to expedite calling on suggested databases, lead sheets or any other material to support telemarketing.
• IST will work with Sales Director on any external projects supporting leads activities.
