Element Analysis Intern |
| Wage/Salary: |
$10/hour depending on experience with possible opportunity for full time position upon graduation |
| Work Assignments: |
- Build and run FEA models and incorporate the results into demonstration and verification manuals.
- Develop and run test cases for program verification and quality assurance.
- Assist with technical support and training.
- Develop examples and training materials for new users.
- Assist with general office duties including putting together information packages, setting up Fed Ex shipment, following up on sales leads, etc.

| Qualifications: |
- Looking for FEA Intern Engineer with at least 1 year of experience with Nastran.
- Must be US Citizen or current green card holder.
- Must be able to speak and write English perfectly.
- Must be able and willing to help out wherever needed.
- Must have a great work ethic, dependable transportation, and be within commuting distance of headquarters.

| Required
Skills/Experience: |
- MUST currently have JUNIOR, SENIOR, or GRADUATE student status.
- Major must be Mechanical Engineer, Aerospace Engineer, or Civil Engineer.
- Must have successfully completed at least one course in CAD or equivalent, Solid Mechanics or equivalent and be proficient with MS Word and Excel.
- Minimum of 1 year Nastran FEA analysis experience.
- MUST have a “can do” and “will do” attitude.
- MUST be willing to take on any and all assignments, projects, and tasks and get them done on time.
- Must be interested in FEA analysis.
- Ability to work 15-25 hours a week (we will be flexible with your class schedule).
