Qualifications:	Experience with InstallShield Premiere 2008 or above Ability to Modify .msi files using the direct editor, dealing with merge modules and VS pre-requisites, understanding of Vista specializations, etc. Experience managing releases in a Software Organization Experience using applications that facilitate source control management for a commercial software product. Experience with scripting languages for the purpose of automation. BS Computer Science or equivalent experience. Ideally, experience working in both fast-paced startup environments as well as in big companies making effective use of established processes Strong written and verbal communication skills. Essential Functions:	Design, implement and optimize build and packaging process for complex large application in Windows environment Deploy and manage tools to automate the build, test, release, and validation process. Document build, release, operations, support and management process and procedures
Secondary Functions:	Administer the source control system, develop revision control policies, and coordinate with development teams on source code organization. Support and trouble shooting for application and platform issues Participate as an application developer
