| Qualifications: |
- 5-10 years B2B solution selling experience
- Strong major account sales experience
- Successful hunter sales track record
- Proven sales experience at the engineer, engineering manager and executive level
- Ability to prepare and deliver solid business cases and do ROI analysis for decision makers
- Ability to identify and close significant new accounts
- General knowledge of the CAE, CAD or related engineering software markets.
- Ability to build and manage a multi-state territory.
- Strong organization and negotiation skills
- Advanced interpersonal and presentation skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and French

| Preferred Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- CAE, FEA, PLM or related engineering software knowledge and sales experience
- Verifiable above quota results
- President’s Club performer
- ACT or similar CRM experience
- Toronto/Montreal Based
