| Qualifications: |
- Must be U.S. citizen for security clearance purposes
- B.S. degree or higher in engineering or technical field
- Skillful and experienced in mining, prospecting, and cold calling for primary lead generation
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience
- Excellent communications and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of successful sales to major and mid-tier accounts
- Understands the methods of providing accurate forecast reporting
- Superior closing skills
- Basic CAE experience using mainstream FEA and/or CAD software
- A high level of self-motivation and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility: Willingness to take direction and work within a team environment
- Unsurpassed work ethic, with a high level of organization
- Travel as necessary to customer locations, trade shows, conferences

| Desired Skills/Experience: |
- Advanced Nastran knowledge and technical training knowledge in FEA / CAE products and software
